Description - First published in German under the title 'War alles falschœ' ('Was everything wrongœ'). These were the words written by Kaiser Wilhelm II on the 15th November 1935 across a photograph of himself given to the author. The exiled Kaiser bitterly resented the way in which his life and actions were depicted after his downfall and was looking to his biographer to redress the balance.
