Description - Undated but circa 1910. The fascinating history of Hampstead. 269 gilt top pages plus index, well illustrated with 4 plates in colour and 45 in monochrome mainly from archive sources. Grey cloth with coat of arms to front board in maroon, blue, and gold and silver gilt. Spine ends rubbed and cloth cracked to top third of front hinge but still strong. Random light foxing throughout.
